Kish's Roti & Doubles

I have been here a few times and for a 24 hour roti spot I have to give it 5 stars. But lets be honest if this wasnt a 24 hour spot I'd be at 3.5 to 4 stars. Ive had a range of items here. First off the doubles, unimpressed. I saw another post about microwaved food and I have to agree. My go to is the eggplant roti. The eggplant and potatoes good, the roti good, my problem is the service. The staff seem uninterested in helping anyone. One of the times I ordered the lady did not ask about pepper. She just put no pepper. Also one of the times I got a regular paratha not dalpuri as I'm used to. Nonetheless, the flavours are there except for the doubles. I would not order doubles here again. Also the price inconsistency. Ive paid 3 different prices for my eggplant roti. And no its not because of any lunch special or time of day. Once I had at 1am and it was $6 another time $15 and the last time $8. WHY?

???????? Authentic Caribbean Cuisine serving mouthwatering Caribbean food. Their veggie platter is a total flavor bomb. The paratha roti was perfection - soft, moist, and just the right size. The pouhlori was a bit heavy, but that killer tamarind sauce, real nice! Definitely would recommend trying the Doubles and $9.99 lunch specials great value for quality and portion size.

Impressed by the portion and quality/taste of items ordered. They had a bogo offer on their doubles and paratha/dhal puri so I tried those and quite enjoyed them. There was a kick of spice in the doubles which was perfect as it wasn't too spicy. I really enjoyed the paratha too. Would love to try more items, such as their curries. Visited this place 2-3x times for their doubles. I love that they're open 24/7 as there are not many places that are, but while the doubles are good, the filling is not as generous. They often have deals on menu items, such as BOGO doubles, 99 cent for frozen dhalpuri, etc. They've also got a bunch of items to try on the menu and Caribbean snacks. Requested the mild for doubles and was served spicy. Order took a while to be ready despite the store not being busy. There is a seating area in stores as well which is great and lots of parking space.

Great tasting food. Have ordered twice from this business when in the Toronto area and not disappointed. Food is economical and tasty. Open 24 hours which was amazing. Called at 7am and received meal hot and fresh via Uber eats.

Two doubles for 5.69 ! portions were generous and flavours were bang on . A bit of a mess with takeout but would recommend and would go back to try something else

Excellent West Indian food! Great service & prices!! Lunch special at $10! I had the stewed chicken lunch special roti & it was juicy and so flavourful! I was full after eating 1/2 of a small roti! Also purchased chicken (curry) roti & pumpkin roti for later. They have a huge assortment of doubles with protein( chicken, goat, shrimp, conch, etc). Also, lots of veg options. They are buy one get one free. The pumpkin and curry chicken was great! I’m a stewed chicken fan so will be back to Kish’s for more!

Was feeling for a hot, tasty doubles 11 o clock in the night. Luckily Kish's was open. Was delighted to know they open 24/7. Now when I'm feeling for a doubles 4 in the morning, I know where to go. If you in the mood for classic West Indian food. Save this shop in your favorites. The doubles hit the spot, I didn't get a chance for a camera shot.
